The "He's Watching You" propaganda poster is an iconic piece of art from World War II. It was created by artist Glenn Grohe in 1942 and commissioned by the U.S. Office of Emergency Management. The striking image of a shadowy figure with intense eyes peeking out from under a helmet was designed to instill vigilance and remind civilians and workers to guard against espionage, sabotage, and leaking sensitive information.
